+ If for any reason you there is a problem with your order (damaged or lost) or it is not satisfactory, let us know and we will refund the purchase price or redo the order. 

+ Shipping will be done via USPS, unless otherwise designated. 

+ Process time of 1-2 days for tying, assembly, and packaging.

+ Free shipping on orders of $45 or more.
